Any information which you pass on to the Walking Club will be used for only the following purposes:
1) To send you details of our weekly activities.
2) To identify individuals who turn up for our walks.
3) To contact you if you are involved in an accident or other emergency situation on a walk.
4) To contact you prior to any club event for which you have signed up.
5) To allow the Students' Union to provide third party liability insurance for all club members.
